Not everyone who enters the Land of Israel is immediately aware of a greater divine revelation.
One possibility accounting for this phenomenon is that a person brings with him the kelippot from outside the land.
Therefore, even in the Land of Israel he is in a bubble of sorts that contains the atmosphere from outside the land.
A person’s ability to perceive the Divine depends not only on his external
environment’s illumination but also on his internal being’s purification.
One must train himself to sense the difference between the degree of light radiating from one place and another.
One who has yet to do so cannot have truly transitioned from one location to another.
