The real point in building a community is not to make a new building for the synagogue.
The point is to fill the synagogue with people, making it come alive.
It is not in doing one-time things, but in getting constantly involved, having a part of our hearts tied to it.
There are no precise measures for this.
I do not tell Mr. so-and-so to put on another pair of tefillin.
The one measure that there is, is this:
Whatever you do, you can do better, and you can do more of it.
