Torah expresses Divine wisdom and the mitzvot express Divine Will.
And since Divine Will (Keter) is higher than Wisdom (Hokhma), it may be surmised that Divine Wisdom is a rationalization, a mode of interpreting the Supreme Will.
The essence of the mitzvot is thus seen as obedience to God’s Will, a merging of my will with His.
And this merging and fulfilling, is a source of abundant satisfaction.
Indeed, it is the greatest bliss.
