Let My People Know

"A person must manage his sadness"

Like any powerful drug, sadness must be carefully controlled and used only in the right way and at the right time.

A person must manage his sadness, not the other way around.

And the way to accomplish this is to designate specific times in which to allow oneself to be sad.
